STAGING
Home Staging involves decluttering, depersonalizing and neutralizing any home so that the architecture of the home stands out. It is essential in a competitive market for any home to stand out. The first place anyone looks when searching for their forever home is online. A beautifully staged home will be sure to catch the eye of prospective buyers.
We have two options to choose from. One of which is a consultation consisting of a walk through with clients addressing everything needed to make it photo ready. A detailed email report is sent the same day to both the homeowner and realtor.
The other is Hands on Staging where we work with the client to do everything to make the home photo ready. Examples here.
REDESIGN
Redesign is taking what you have (or adding to) and making it new. This is commonly incorporated into staging or offered just to refresh a space in your home. Examples here.
